Device requirements for users #

Each user device must meet the following requirements:

• Computer with web browser: Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
• Android and Apple® iOS® device requirements are specified by the mobile apps in Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Currents profiles in Google Chat #

Depending on Directory contact sharing and Currents service settings,a user’s name might be replaced with “Anonymous user” as described in the table below. This might happen in messages or autocomplete in certain situations, such as adding someone to a room or starting a direct message. 

Note: If a user has existing chat conversations, their user name might still be visible rather than the expected “Anonymous User.”
